A Last Word On Pamplona

There are places that once you visit them, you know you want to go back. Pamplona is one such place for me. Beautiful architecture, friendly people, and great food. Tapas are small plates of food Spain is know for. With the company of a couple other pilgrims, we thoroughly enjoyed a "tapas crawl" around town tasting a number of excellent "appetizers" and washing them down with some excellent local red wine.

Although it would be really crazy to come here in July for the San Fermin festival and the running of the Bulls, rest of the year would be great for a few days here.
